Justo Learning Center is a non – sectarian educational institution was started on October 23, 1995 under the supervision and management of Mr. Justo Gilbert C. De Jesus. Math and Science Tutor (JLC first name) has 18 enrollees from Assumption School and Marist School on its first year and gradually increases yearly.  On 1997 having 87 students (32 students, 1996) from different areas in Antipolo, Pasig, Marikina, Quezon City and on 2004 in some  parts of Makati City and Las Pinas City. 

Dealing with different students, evaluating their capabilities, helping and preparing them for their schooling increased the president’s intensions and interest to develop “JTC” (Justo Tutorial Center) to “JLC” (Justo Learning Center)  to JLA (Justo Learning Academy which visions to be the Center of Excellence in Developing the Intellectual, Affective, and skills capacity of an individual. 

After proving that JLA really gives the best to its enrollees with evidences of top and dean’s listed students, JLA wanted to increase its ability in catering knowledge and its status from Tutorial Center to a Learning Center, a school. 

On February 9, 2006, Mr. Justo Gilbert C. De Jesus together with Mr. Ulnico C. Juanane, a BS Psychology graduate and a nurse, joined forces in building a Learning Center for Nursery, Kinder and Preparatory levels.  Having 43 students on it’s first year, it has been a year of adjustments, trials and errors as a new school to cater a big number of population.  On September 30, 2005, Application for Elementary level and High school level was granted.

Incorporation:

Justo Learning Academy was originally incorporated with the Philippine Law on December 31, 2005.  The Board is consist of Mr. Gilbert C. De Jesus as Chairman, Atty. Gabriel P. De Jesus as Vice Chairman, Mr. Ulnico C. Juanane as Corporate Secretary, Mrs. Alicia C. De Jesus as Treasurer and Ms. Michelle Grace C. De Jesus as Member.  The Transcript of the Amended articles of Incorporation was issued on January 2, 2006.
